This recently built detached villa is very privately located in the woods of Colares, at 5 minutes distance from several gorgeous beaches. It consists of two apartments, both with a very similar setup totaling 8 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms offer spacious undercoming for up to 22 people.

Ground floor level of the house has adapted bathrooms and kitchen for persons with limited mobility,

suitable for autonomous use. It provides comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 8 persons with 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 3 bathrooms, a large living room with walk-in very large deck terrace and an adjoin fully equipped kitchen.

First floor level of the house consists of fully independent area with 1 en-suite bedroom, 3 bedrooms and sharing 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and private balconies overlooking the forests and sea.

Sustainability and care for our environment were considered during the construction. The house is equipped with vacuum pipe solar panels to heat up sanitary waters. Rainwater is collected in a deposit and reused for irrigation and sewage usage. All sinks dispose of electric taps and as much as possible, motion detectors were introduced to switch on the LED lights to avoid unnecessary waste of energy and water.

This place really is idyllic if you’re after a rural retreat. Once you close the gates, you are in your own little private ‘oasis’, a spot to get away from it all.
