The story so far

Hello. We are Antonio and Kathinka and we’re excited to welcome you to the wild coast of Portugal.

Comprising of two villas – one for HOLIDAY RENTALS and the other offering a tranquil RETREAT SPACE – we started the SeaSintra journey over 20 years ago in 1994 when we acquired a rugged plot of land just a 10 minute drive from Sintra.

There was no water, electricity or sewage so we had to start from scratch and even build a new road through the forest. But this was it. A dream location where wild and unspoiled beaches met breathtaking views of mountains and forests. The ultimate escape from the pressures of busy life.

Views of the Atlantic Ocean are just one of the features that both properties share. Each has been built with serious amounts of love and are in easy reach of Sintra and Lisbon to enjoy a little city life alongside some much needed down time.

We chose to raise our family here so it’s safe to say, we’re huge fans of the area. Keeping connected to nature is something that’s always been important to us – whether it’s hiking, surfing or simply firing up an ocean side BBQ – and even after 25 years, we still feel like we’re on holiday every day.
