Hemos ido una familia grande con niños y nos ha encantado la casa. Las fotos publicadas de la casa son estupendas, aunque la realidad es mucho mejor. Con respecto a Katrinka es una estupenda anfitriona. Las necesidades que hemos tenido, nos las ha ido solventando al momento. Wonderful place, wonderful house. We had a great time with our group. Within walking distance of the ocean, beautiful forest. Beautiful environment. Lots of space in the house. Nice rooms. Worth repeating!

The house is nicely furnished, has a beautiful view and is a perfect base to discover the surroundings of Lisbon / Sintra. The landlord is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I do not believe that we have previously rated a vacation spot with a 10. So that actually says enough. The place is lovely, the house is modern, clean, fully equipped (especially for the disabled), the house is really ‘finished’ down to every detail. And it immediately gives a home feeling. As our son said, “I feel like we’ve been living here for a long time. It’s really our place.” A car is indispensable, or you really have to love cycling. The landlords are very nice people who have hospitality in their genes. The garden is fantastic: a large display of flowers and, in addition, plenty of space for the children to play, play football, baseball, etc. We were also greatly charmed by the environment with Lisbon, so to speak, around the corner while you yourself are surrounded by Cultural heritage is in a beautiful nature reserve. What else do you want?

Fantastic house for a large group in a great place. Very quiet location so you can enjoy the birds. When the weather is nice, it is nice to sit on the terrace. The Praia’s are easily reached on foot if you enjoy a walk; Sintra and Cascais are also nice to visit but you do need a car.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Well and efficiently furnished. We had a few wonderful days with good weather. Partly due to the space in and around the villa there was peace. In addition, many valuable tips from the owner, for a good restaurant or walk.Simply good and definitely recommended, also for a group. We have been with 11 people

Imposing villa in a quiet area. Everything is spacious. Kitchen fully equipped. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to completely unwind, but also a great villa for groups. Beach is close by, reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. The very hospitable (Dutch-speaking) owner Kathinka can give you many valuable tips for a nice outing or restaurant. We enjoyed it very much. We can therefore highly recommend SeaSintra. Kathinka thanks for your great dedication. To be repeated.

We held our annual meeting of the Acreditar professional team (The Portuguese Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Cancer) in the Seasintra house. Our group consist of 20 people and we still had too much room! The house is very comfortable, spacious and super clean. The environment very peaceful and quiet, just what we needed and were looking for. At night we could hear the waves of the sea! With all these perfect ingredients we were able to have a very fruitful team meeting. The hostess, Kathinka, was there every time we needed logistic support. She provided fresh bread for our breakfast and picked up lunch from a local restaurant for us not to loose precious reunion time. We are unanimous when we say that next year we will be back!!! Thank you Kathinka for your hospitality and support!

We had such a lovely time in casa Sea Sintra from the moment we arrived.
It’s an amazing house. Very clean, beautiful rooms, a great outside area and a super friendly and helpful owner.
It’s an excellent family house but also for a couple.
The locations is fantastic. The house is near the sea and located in a green and quiet environment. Within a few minutes you are in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a great place for culture lovers. You’ll be surprised all the time.
We had a fantastic time and wish we could have stayed for longer.

A beautiful, unimaginably large house. Because of the warm interior, also very cozy and cozy. Partly due to the very hospitable and friendly owner (Kathinka), you will feel very much at home here.
The house has been built and furnished with love and taste. Equipped with many conveniences, each room has its own music provision and the house can be closed with a push of a button by lowering shutters.
A spacious kitchen with all the trimmings, wonderful beds, nice bathrooms and a fireplace that does very well make the house complete.
The location is fantastic: in a nature reserve, quiet, with various facilities nearby. Sintra, Lisbon and the beach are close by. A car is recommended to achieve this easily.

Super fijn verbleven in dit prachtige huis, alles tip top! Alle comfort is aanwezig (nespresso, vaatwas, wasmachine, intercomm, radio, bbq, voetbaltafel….) Fijn ook dat er al een reeks zaken om e koken voor handen zijn (olijfolie, suiker, zout/kruiden….) Het huis ligt vlakbij Praia grande (met olympisch zwembad) en Praia das maças en een korte rit naar alle prachtige bezienswaardigheden van Sintra. Een grintwegje naar boven en je bent in een klein authentiek dorpje waar je je boodschappen vindt. Super terras om de zonsondergang mee te pikken, dit is echt een juweeltje! Kathinka was een geweldige gastvrouw en toverde één van de kamers in tot kinderkamer met ververstafel en bedje. Een aanrader over de hele lijn.

Kathinka ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach klasse, es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Ein tolles Haus und eine tolle Umgebung. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, dort ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Kathinka

Kathinka is simply a superhost..! friendly and super helpfull with all the information about the area. her husband was also very nice and helpfull. i definetly recomend them. The house was just as you can see in the pictures very nice quiet and beautyfull suroundings. i just can say thanks for everything and i hope to see you againg.
